In the case she passes away then, the property goes to the kids you had with her (does not matter dual citizenship etc, a kid born from a filipino national is a filipino citizen) In the case you have no kids with her then after she passes away you have one year to sell the property take the money and do whatever you want or you keep on living-using-renting-eating the house until you pass away and then it is inherited to a filipino national as the court will judge at that time.If you do not have kids with your filipina wife and you want to buy a house it is just for her own personal assurance of where she will live in case you go to have drinks in paradise.
