The SRRV is a resident (non-immigrant) visa, no onward ticket requirement.

Hello,

I have a police clearance issued one year back - would this be acceptable for an application today ?

Thanks.

Their is no way on this earth that I would have that amount of money locked in a Philippine bank.

Don`t forget you are only insured for about 500.000 peso.

Keep your money at Home.

Any police clearance letter used for any Visa in the Philippines is suppose to be dated immediately before your latest arrival in the Philippines.  I could not find anything stating how much lee time is allowed so I wouldn't stretch it too far- a couple weeks maybe?
