06charger Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 In order to get an apartment do I have to pay x3 rent? Is there any way around this or is this the norm? Also is there any way to find a furnished apartment for around or under 10000 pesos in olongapo?
OnMyWay Posted May 23, 2014 Author Posted May 23, 2014 It is usually first, last and security, similar to the US. Sorry, I can't help you with exact rents in Olongapo, and it would depend on where you want to be. The main area of Olongapo is probably a lot cheaper than an area like Barrio Baretto where there are a lot of expats. The Freeport is much more expensive than Olongapo. If you want something short term, the RK hotel has furnished rooms with kitchenette (I think) for 15 k a month.
06charger Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 what is the maximum that I would be allowed to stay at a short term for 15k per month?
