This isn't my final move, I will still have to return and get rid of most of my household belongings and get my place ready as a rental. In a way this will be splitting the big move into 2 parts. Don't you mean 3 parts? Third is selling it :) It's wice to do as you do, renting it out until you know if you want to stay in Phili. (But I DON'T plan to do that wice renting step myself :) because I will not be supported by retirement pay :boohoo: so I will need the money from selling my house to start business (and get a new house, but start business has first priority.
