Tukaram (Tim) Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Winter in Cebu (October through February) can be delightful; temperatures are about 75 degrees Fahrenheit and accompanied by gentle breezes. Sounds idyllic but sure seems a lot hotter then that to me. Delightful???? I was in Cebu for Christmas last year and it felt hot and sticky! But that's including all 24 hrs, half of which are dark or near dark. The highs during those months are upper 80s and higher w/humidity, not exactly the image she's trying to convey but closer to what most people experience.
