She is not happy with the service that you never received from Cebu office and is looking into it. I think the reception should be better next time and for sure they have a good line up of gear. I will check that place out first. The other day, I was waiting for my turn at a grocery store and the counter person went about his business until I asked for help. I think it's me, being conditioned to "stand in line" like a good American. I heard that's what people from other countries noticed about Americans. (Besides all the other negative stuff like being loud and such.) We're conditioned to stand in line and wait patiently and interrupting is considered rude.
