Americano Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 An adult male traveling with a minor girl who is not his daughter does not look good in the Philippines and could cause you many problems. The Government Agency to contact is the Bureau of Immigration but even then the answer you receive may not be the correct one at all ports of entry.
