Some people go looking for trouble and then moan when they get it. Not trying to be the party pooper but... What was this foreigner doing that got him killed? Was he stealing? Was he wandering around town flaunting his gold? Did he kick somebody's puppy and that got him killed? Some people may go looking for trouble but you can't just say somebody was looking and then walk away without giving a valid reason.
