3G Mobile Network In Philippines?

Does this apply to all Globe and PLDT IP addresses including DSL?  Just wondering because I will be signing up for DSL this week.

 

I experienced this with a PLDT landline, in an apartment/hotel WiFi system, and had very bad results.

 

When I used personal Globe mobile I didn't experience any problems.

However, this can vary, and may even be the reverse in some other area.

 

The Philippines isn't actually consistent ;)

My emails go into people's spam folder so often that when someone doesn't answer a email in a few days I usually send the same email again and tell them to check their spam folder. Very often the first email is in their spam folder but they never check their spam folder so they will never see some emails. This problem seems to be so wide spread in the Philippines that I started checking my spam folder at least once a week. I usually find a few emails in the spam folder each month that should have been in my inbox. I even have emails from this forum in my spam folder.
