Mike S Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 While the service that has been offered by MikeB and Jake maybe fine if you live in Cebu ...... there are tons of other places in the Philippines where these services are NOT OFFERED ..... so you either learn to do it yourself or do without .... the examples given (well at least mine) is to show other people without the assistance of a good ol' expat who happens to live in their area or island what can and does happen and what to look out for so you can be prepared .... if this ruffles some feathers than so be it .... not everyone lives on Cebu Island ....
