Try the Bureau of Immigration closest to where he used to live, not in Manila. Sometimes, the visa extensions or whatever he was using does not get forwarded to Manila. The pass in germany failt at 10 years. Also must Jürgen connected with the german office. I try them. And today i go to police in germany and ask they...
