Thomas, I GREATLY appreciate your reply. I won't address your points individually, but I thank you for doing so in your reply. LOTS of good stuff for me to think about and also to research. Invaluable information and I thank you SO much!
  I would have given you the list of percentages and working with allowed too, if I hadn't lost it  :)  when my computer broke.

(I have the rules for MY alternatives in my head, but the list is long.)

Joel! my friend, be very careful who, you show that business plan to, Never leave copies of Drafts or Finished plans around. :no:
  Yes. That's relevant in other countriess too, but extra much in Phils.

I haven't evem told my gf my two most secret business ideas, just told they are chemical processeses, which need to be checked if they can be done without damage the environment. And very few will know what it is if they see it unpacked, which I suppouse reduce the theft risk, because not much worth for them, if no one knows what it is  :lol:  I plan to not even tell the employed what they are making.    I don't tell my gf yet, because if she don't know, she can't tell anyone by misstake by slip of tung either, so she is very courious what they are  :)

:)

(DURING the process it's some danger with the chemicals used to process to get the final product, but when the product is ready then it's no danger, can even be eaten without danger, but don't taste any good   :lol:

My point exactly, history has shown us, that the majority of Accidents ( fatal and/or otherwise) have and I guess, will continue to happen, during the experimental and manufacturing stages. To me, an Employer Has a Duty of care to his Employees. somewhere along the line I feel, you will be called to Account. Employees have a Right  (Even Here) to be informed of any danger in a job they do, to earn you you're handsome Profit.

Pay them Danger Money Yes maybe but surely, you should tell them Why? it is being paid.

Accidents Happen, but we as Employers, have a Duty, to reduce the risk. :thumbsup:

You missunderstood.

/I will OF COURSE tell them about the dangerous chemicals used for the process,

and how to use them safe

/BUT no need to tell what the SAFE final PRODUCT is.

Actualy it's MORE safe for the employed too, if they DON'T know what the final product is   :)  because of the much less robbery/theft risk, if no one know what it is.    (One of them has low price per kg so not so risky, but the other has rather high price per kg.)

No thomas, I certainly did not Misunderstand at all. So you think that people are Stupid, They think they are making Biscuits and they are really making some sort of secret Weapon? There are Employment Contracts, of confidentiality that will care, for the security of your business Ideas and formats. for your Employees to Sign

 I Agree with most things you post and back you up on many more, but on this. Chemicals and their reactions I can't. Your Employees, have aright to know what they are making.

 Having been involved for many years in Military and Commercial Employment, you are on a very sticky Wicket here. Remember that some employees, may be allergic to the final Product, even by Touch. Your Duty of care is somewhat misguided, by your Over Zealous security Thoughts. IMVHO

With the Utmost Respect, I urge you to rethink some of your Strategies where other peoples lives are concerned.

Well Thomas, I have reread the posts you have made thus far, I sit and wonder how, you are going to;

1 Market it ( Advertising and merchandising) {No one knows what you want to market!] [ this could be difficult]

2 Sell it.( your Sales Agents /Reps don't know, what they are selling) [of course the Customer will Not know, what he is Buying]

3. Administer, Returns ( bad batches and sale or return items) [ very common business dealing here in the PI]

4 Administer, Orders, Invoicing, (+The usual sales and Accounts Routines) [no one knows what products they are to deal with] {You are not trusting anyone}

Not to mention, Packing, Storage, and as fathertobe has mentioned. Distribution (Delivery,) You are going to have to do all this yourself   :no:  you will have to of course, because NO one else, not even your GF knows anything. Or are you going to have a Split company or 2 maybe where you will hope, no one, from each of the companies talks to someone from the other company. Sorry my friend, I think we need to talk!  :rolleyes:

 Respectfully JP :tiphat:
