Good, you can always say the marriage was under duress. Is a shotgun wedding legal if it turns out the shotgun wasn't loaded? :)

That is such a great picture, I would have done the same thing :)

It's all good. I asked the court bailiff to pose with us. No one there understood why until later when I told them about what a "Shot Gun" wedding was. 

 

This one is ranked up there with getting married on a Saturday. City Hall is closed on the weekends. The judge was superstitious and would not marry us on the Friday. Ended up getting married Saturday April 2, 2005.
