MikeB Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 I have never heard of one being caught or convicted of all the Foreigner killings I have heard of. The only one I am aware of is Steven Davis, who was murdered in 2002 by the boyfriend of his estranged wife and another man. The wife got 40 years and I think the other 2 got 30, I assume they're still locked up but who knows? They never would have even been arrested if not for the extraordinary efforts of his mother, Margaret Davis. She literally paid and badgered the police to do their jobs and paid witnesses to tell the truth. If anyone has any doubts or misconceptions about just how bad the police and judicial system are in the Philippines they should read her book, “For the Love of My Son”.
