Arriving In Cebu Next Week. 11Th November. Need Apartment For 3 Month Stay

I'm actually thinking of renting in the strawberry residence's now. Its a little more than p25k but it might be OK. Does anyone know of better value than this on a monthly basis.

Have you considered living outside of Cebu  ?  Rents drop big time just a  20 minute drive outside of town ,

 

Even more if you go 40 km from Cebu  I rented a House 2 bedrooms everything inside except  personal stuff  and a huge yard .

 

Month to month lease IE:no extra deposit  8000/month  and I have fresh air VS Cebu pollution  And when i want to party its only a hour tops to the Night life and a 60p bus ride or just take the bike in , 

 

IMO living close to the city is the best of both worlds  because the pollution and noise gets to me after a couple days  and then I need some relax time
