Shoes, for sure. If you need to wear a suit, don't plan on finding one ready to wear and the nearest decent bespoke tailors are in Hong Kong.

The advice on condoms should be noted!

I don't think you'll have too much problem finding size 11.5 shoes in Makati or any major shopping venue in Manila. My size is 13 so I am pretty much SOL but I have seen lots of 11s and 12s, at least around Cebu. Same for the clothes, I don't think you'll have much problem in Manila. I use Gillette Fusion blades which I've never seen here so I order them from Amazon and have them forwarded here. Same with almost all electronics and many other things. The cheaper crap is available in abundance.

Every Robinson's I've been to has an entire display dedicated to all the Gillette Fusion varieties.

If you are in Makati you wont have any trouble finding everything you need in either:

Glorietta: Everything pretty much

SM: Regular groceries

Rustans: Imported food

Ansons Cash and Carry : Branded household Electronics (Cheaper than anywhere in Manila ! )

The only thing that might be a not of bother is your clothes size - I just find most jeans don't fit me properly

Spermicide jell or inserts-  for any "entertainment " you may keep

KoolAid. -unsweetened .

AM/FM/shortwave Radio as its hard to find a quality made one

Nighttime cold medicine or Nighttime pain reliever

For grocery. LANDMARK .CASH N CARRY are 2 of the better ones .
