virginprune Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 We bought a fish called Talakitok from the Chinese market last Saturday. Leaning towards the shape of a flat fish but very meaty, the flesh was a bit like a meatier cod, almost like barracuda! Big bones so very easy to eat, steamed a couple of steaks and made a sauce with ginger, fresh tomatoes and green beans, very delicious.
