Ok, will arange the number of hours to suit the old budget ( very small budget, you may have guessed by the simple plan ) We are, hopefully, just outside the Typhoon zone. ( Missed the last one over Bohol by 25 miles or so. ) So...won't have to go for the steel truss roof. Thought by having only a one foot rise it will help. Besides, if that goes - the rest of the town will lose their roofs, and they never to date. That's my Point, My friend you call for a Carpenter you get a mason Turn up who can use a saw and nails, you ask for a Plumber and an Electrician turns up who BTW can install your A/C.
