Yep. You gotta watch and learn like Gary. When you use the CR behind certain locals its like wading through the kiddie pool. Others have learned to use tissue or wet wipes, they sell them in vending machines in many public CRs. If you want an example of this, go to the CR at the boulevard and pay the lady to use it.
