We did the whole ceremony with the candles, witnesses (that I had to buy lunch for later) and the blessings in a church full of people who were doing the same thing. And of course I needed to make a hefty donation to the church. It was all worth it in the end cuz he's doing great in school and zero homework. That was the first time I had spent any length of time in a church since my Mom forced me to go when I was a kid. Any kind of religion in my opinion is kinda silly for anyone to believe.
