I am spending more time working in the yard, reading, and working on my painting. The yard is improving especially with the recent rains, and folks say my painting is improving. There are mathematicians and physicists who believe there is beauty in formulas that describe reality, most are over my head but I grok fractals and if fractals aren’t art then I don’t know what is :) Nb the Mandelbrot set is perhaps the most famous fractal but they occur everywhere in nature, snowflakes, the pattern on shells, ferns and many many more. I have had a Fitbit for past 5 years and have just passed 25,000,000 steps which equates to about 18,750 kms, or the same as London to Auckland. If lockdown continues for much longer.
