I've booked into JMM Grand Suites; reasonable sized studio with cooking facilities close to Robinson's Malate and it's on the updated list of approved quarantine hotels and $59AUD/night.  Balcony room with sea view so that's the need for a openable window sorted.  Have booked but not paid for a second motel just in case.
