From Australia it was just one booking with Sing to Cebu on silkair in the past. Now looks like Singapore airlines all the way.

Incidentally I just looked at booking from Brisbane AU to Cebu in April and the price is 1300-1400 dollars return so not expensive and probably cheaper than the past. (Bad memory)

Just looking out of curiosity only.

To add, their website have not updated entry requirements and still show no tourist.

Thanks for all the feedback, there is one thing that is stopping me from travelling on budget carriers, that last year I had both knees replaced and the healing process is not finished.

I reckon that 8 hours would be agonising, and very painful, so might be best not to try it.

I hope that was not too much information sharing.
