It was the same when I renewed my ACR - price online was in USD but on BI receipt only in pesos and no mention of USD anywhere. I've no idea what Hounddriver is babbling on about! P.S. For the avoidance of doubt, that last part was a joke. if you look at BI website the fee for ARC card is 50 Usd converted to peso on the day. There is a sign in the Mactan office where it's also written on the wall with the other fees.
