New expats have the time, however tourists who want to marry and bring her home to his country, take a huge risk, in my opionion.

Back home none of us would marry a lady we only knew a few months. 

Seems many lose their heart (and brain) replaced by lust, just after a short romance relationship.

Again, I don't disagree in theory but in practice...
