Good Morning, Looking for recommendations for a good pair of noise canceling Head-phones. Looked at some on Shopee and Lazada but they look cheap.

Salamat.

I've tried out a few with my online teaching job in the 3000php range. Not particularly impressed but my son's gaming headset is a Razer Barracuda X and is pretty good - not that cheap at 5000 php though.

I have a Razor gaming headset for my laptop (it's in Aussie and I can't remember the model) but it works very well, but also not cheap.

I'd be using it to cancel noise only, seen some on Amazon USA, about $300 Sony.

I'm not a fan of headphones these days so brought the new Apple Gen 3 cordless noise cancelling earpod's recently & love them. But my friend & neighbour recently bought the Apple Airpod Max headphones & he really rates them, so any noise he doesn't like he puts em on straight away. I tried them and gotta say they were amazing and so comfortable. I'm pretty sure they will not be cheap & he also mentioned he chose them over the Sony WH-1000XM5 model with both being the best in noise cancelling.

I have Jabra 85T ( earpods ) and they are excellent.

My Bose headphones which were great lost their cups so to speak.. .cups got sticky from not being used for a while  and need replacing.

Same thing happened to mine, Bose Quiet Comfort. You can order replacements online and easily replace them. About the only time I use them now is on longer airplane trips. They’re great at blocking out all the background noise. Also have a pair of AirPods, 2nd gen pro, they’re also great, but they have  a tendency to fall out of my ears during activity or when I yawn.

At that price point you'd expect superior performance.  That said, If I was laying out that kind of cash I'd probably go for a specialist audio company like Bose.

Good thing to have for fiestas and karaoke parties. If that's all you need, no need to spend hundreds of dollars on expensive technology. I bought these last week and they do an excellent job of noise reduction and are very comfortable. There are cheaper ones. I don't think any of them completely cancel.

I use noise cancelling headphones about once a month when flying or trying to do work remotely from noisy places.  For years I paid the price for Bose headsets until I tried a friend's headset once during a flight.  "Anker 'soundcore' Space NC".  Just as good and comfortable as the Bose, and at a fraction of the price (<US$100).  Anker makes many models, but the model I use is the A3021.  I bought three sets - so that is one thing I'll never have to shop for again!
