Agree. It seems the Philippines always wants the same documents they already have on file. Why not a simple change of address form, and append it to the paper file that is somewhere in Manila. Sometimes I suspect the government agencies here design programs/procedures to keep the maximum number of employees on board.

jimeve Posted November 13, 2023 Posted November 13, 2023 Went to collect my 13a renewal card from the visa agents, had it done early because of Xmas and annual report in JAN/ FEB, Anyhow it would have expired in February 2024, when I received it from the agents the expiry date read NOV 28. Done me for 3 months.

Done me for 3 months. Yep...it's dated from the date of renewal of the new card, not the expiry of the old one. Same thing happened to me albeit only 6 weeks or so 'lost'.

Other than confirming what's already been posted about documents - You will be hit with fines for every month late you are in reporting a change so, if you moved few months ago and are just getting around to sorting it out, you may want to reconsider when you moved.

If I recall correctly, you mentioned in another topic that you paid fines? Do you recall how much? I just moved so they must have some window it can be paid in without fines.
