I'm not sure how long it took me to come to this conclusion but once I did all the (nonsense) systems, processes and procedures that are in place made sense.

This 'people are lazy' trope is really not fitting. What about people inherit from their parents and never had to work in their entire life? Or they just take one of these fake management positions and tell everybody they are doing something.

This is a real societal issue, not the worker who gets paid $1-10 an hour / a day or whatever and doesn't like his job and doesn't enjoy being a slave.

I know where this is coming from though. The boomer generation, like my grandparents, they had 5 kids, were able to build a big house with 5 bedrooms, buy a Mercedes and had vacations every year, with only 1 single income from a factory job! The idea to make male and female available as workforce didn't double the cake, but halved it.
