How about the route, via Tubigon?Last year I took the ferry from Cebu to Tubigon, 170 peso for the slow(2 hours) and 200 for the fast ferry, only 45-50 minutes. If you haven't taken the ride before, you might want the slow ferry to Tubigon - take the upper deck, order a beer, feel he breeze and enjoy the ride. When you go back, you could try the fast ferry which is more like an aircraft cabin. If you're able to catch a taxi , I would guess you could go to Tagbilaran or Panglao Island for 400. The road is in good condition. A van maybe 70-100 each person, anyone knows excact? How much does the taxis charge from the Tagbilaran terminal to Panglao Island anyway?
