Bigdog Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 Oops its the Banana Moon Cafe not Blue Moon , sorry about that ..anyway its on the right just past the Doctors Hospital .. it used to be the Cadillac Cafe (theres a large sign on the building). Americano Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 There's a Mooon Café in Capitol Site Cebu. I use to eat there when I lived within walking distance. The food, service and atmosphere was very good.
