I'm not that patient anymore when it comes to having to drive into Manila for any reason, because it truly sucks there, depending where one goes and for whatever reason! Anyway, I don't know anyone or any relatives who live in Manila! It maybe OK once in a while to go visit there and stay up in a nice affordable 3 or 4 star hotel or condo for 1 or 2 days to see the sights!
