Jim Sibbick Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 If a Filipino you don't know says he has never seen an American wallet and can he see yours, it is probably so that his partner will know where on your person you keep your wallet so it can be pick pocketed.I don't use a wallet at all.
