Cheap New Guesthouses / Hotels In Cebu?

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, I'm currently staying at the 1st avenue apartelles (opposite Bellavista hotel) .. So far so good, rooms range from 500 to 980 a night with breakfast and wifi.

I'm looking for cheap town houses or appartments to stay long term if anyone can recommend any areas to look.

I am in the process of making a list of all the places to stay in Cebu with basic prices as a guide to put on my website. I am about half way through the project, but this is the cheaper end of my list to date. Hope it helps.

I stayed at the Metro Park Hotel in Lahug for Jan and Feb for 900 a night. AC, pool, some rooms have a balcony. Just off Salinas, so lots in the area to do. Not a bad hotel and central to everything.
