Julia Posted October 12, 2012 Posted October 12, 2012 But has anyone tried "pigs anus"???????????? :lol: they are bloody delicious i tell you! you usually get it at the Chinese restaurant and they are usually served in their mixed meat menu though not all the time. you have to specify it. my mum cooked them in soysauce, garlic and onions over low heat until tender. yummmmmmmmm ............. :lol: LOL! I might as well try this pigs anus, Ashanti! the way you described it makes me crave for it... I just want to compare which tastes better, the pigs anus or the chicken anus? the latter is my favorite chicken part, btw. Pigs anus - guaranteed Jules! my mum cooks it with just salt, pepper, lemon, soysauce and garlic on low heat. this offal is actually quite fatty like chicken, and when cooked in low heat its own fat will fry them up so no need to use oil in them.
