As Robert and OUC mentioned, it's not easy trying to recover from a broken relationship.  Lord knows that we all felt

that pain in the heart.  But life does go on and perhaps your paths will cross again without bitterness or remorse.

 

I believe Jon1 said it best......SAO is a classy lady and we all hope for the very best for both of you.

What's making me laugh right now, I have many Pinoy (both male and female) friends, and once they saw the FB status change I was flooded with offers of numerous sisters, cousins, family friends etc.  Not sure it's entirely altruistic but I'd like to think that this has been bought on by the way I treat people.  Maybe the dating sites will be superfluous, time will tell.  Hmmm, next time I'm there I may even say "yes, you can have my phone number" rather than the embarrassed, terminal shyness I suffer from.  Oh well, glass is half-full.

I read a lot of comments on here that show just how lucky you have been so far and will be again in the future...  And, Brett, I have no doubt that you will end up exactly with who you were meant to be with.
