Popular Post Dave Hounddriver Posted October 22, 2014 Popular Post Posted October 22, 2014 I do not believe in equality because nature abhors a (power) vacuum. If there is no one ruling the roost then the roost falls into neglect and falls apart. I find that a strong minded man rules the roost and an easy going, compassionate, or lazy minded man is quickly overruled by the woman in charge. I see guys who let the power go to the wife often enough that they will never, ever get it back. I see guys who rule in a manner that I consider too strict and yet I see the widows of those same guys when they choose subsequent partners . . in 3 cases that come to mind they chose men they can rule and are running roughshod over them and spending the money like drunken sailorettes. I conclude that it does not matter whether it is a man or woman who 'rules the roost' but it better be the one who is most qualified and makes the best decisions or your life will quickly descend into hell.
komments Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 I am the boss in my house. There really isn't any debate about it either. I know this because Janie said I could be (the boss). Besides, everyone knows the boss is just a backwards stupid SOB, right? That is definitely not my Janie.

Popular Post Hey Steve Posted October 22, 2014 Popular Post Posted October 22, 2014 (thanks for letting me use the computer, sweetie)...I'm the one who rules the roost! (ok, sweetie, I'm done-it's all your's, sweetie) Seriously, I got away from a controlling woman years back and it was one of the reasons I split up with her-it got out of hand. Now there's a nice balance-we both compromise and understand each other's role and embrace it fully-life is so good with my Filipina wife.
