Of course Bacolod is foreigner friendly,,Isnt that where all the Bacla's come from???

We just got back from Bacolod's MassKara festival.  It was a great time - but yes I saw more baklas in one weekend there than I could believe ha ha They may not come from there - but they party there!  :tiphat:
