Of course, we're out of town too,  so generally lower costs... and with close relatives doing the construction work.

Graham... I am a bit afraid that, if I built a home one room at a time here, I might be dead before I got finished with the kitchen!!

But your approach also makes a lot of sense, when on - as I think most of us have - a limited budget? Best of luck to you as you progress!

We all have our moments Tom I have a rule that I only drink Tuesday Thurs and Sat to help keep it in check. This does not always work but it is better than nothing. Stay strong mate and buy a beer cooler.
