Me (on messenger to wife):  Do you want me to throw out the old rice OR do you want me to keep it for your lunch?

Wife:  Yes please.

Same if you send a message to ask a seller something from FB marketplace. You get an answer to one question only if there are more than one. Then in Facebook groups, someone selling something. Hundreds of HM or How much and hundreds of replies from seller, PM po but no one reads anything.

Not sure if this is common on not, but my wife's habit is to ask a question that ends with the answers.  "Do you want fish and rice for lunch, no?"

Mike, I've noticed most questions ending with (no) as well. I've assumed it's how questions in Bisaya are asked? It was confusing at first.

Well I was dating a girl from Butuan (Mindanao) before I met my wife and can't remember the "no?", but the wife who's from Negros definitely uses it.  Both from Visayas but one southern and the other central... Might be regional?

Mike, perhaps you could join her by ending your questions with NO?

If you choose to do so please get back to us how it worked out for ya. Remember we are all here to help.....

Thanks for the suggestion, but I will take a hard pass on that.
