9a Extension Costs as of February 14

So I went to BI in Dumaguete today and the cost of extending the 9a is as follows (all in PHP):

                    Regular         Express

1 month:        6100            7600

2 months:      6600           8100

6 months:       X                13600

Yes, you can extend for 6 months after your initial visa period.  

Express is next working day, regular is 1 week.

People seem to be getting different answers from different BI offices, Jennifer Terri got the written response below.

That's very expensive. Must include ARC card but still price is higher than normal.

I was told no card anymore, just a similar endorsement in your passport.  I specifically asked if I would need to bring in photos for my extension and was told no.  I'lll be taking some anyway.

What's defined as regular?  My visa is due for extension tomorrow so I guess Im regular.

I’ll do the same in a week or so when I get mine. Was at the Cebu BOI office this morning and got the form (see pic below). I also noticed it seems simplified and no where does it ask for a pic to be attached. I didn’t think to ask about the fees, but now I will make sure to bring enough pesos.
