Bataan's Nuclear Power Plant.

I think another concern is the way the national grid is operated here, it’s inherently unsafe. Voltage and frequency is allowed to operate at unthinkably low levels which causes equipment to malfunction or fail early.  Nuclear plants don’t use their own power to operate the equipment since they scram quite often, the power is provided by a utility and is typically backed up by diesel generators in the event there’s a problem with the off-sight power such as in a blackout. Unfortunately Fukushima lost both in the tsunami.

Filipinos not only have far too low an IQ but are also culturally predispositioned to failure in any case.
