Freebie Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Just found out yesterday that Frasco is the daughter of Gwen Garcia...who held a lunch yesterday and pressured various Vice governors, 44 mayors and shed loads of barangay captains to decalre their " support " for Frasco.
