Marijuana is now legal in Thailand, I just noticed the multitude of stores last week while there. I noticed Cannabis leaf is now an ingredient in some fruit juices at 7-11. In Cambodia pot laws have been loosely enforced for years.

Here in  the Philippines I expect them to legalize weed a few years after legalizing divorce. [Currently the Philippines and the Vatican are the only countries in the world to prohibit divorce]
