Often a barrios current staff have problems getting paid at all---some might go weeks, months w/o a paycheck with no explanation offered. Imedla would give out 1000 pes notes from the back of her car ( old Cadillac ). Pacquio would give out money outside his house in Sarangani. They would line down the street for their P1000 and guards would ensure they could only get the money once. This clip giving out money in Bacolod... thousands of them there for the freebie.
