Not everybody has the ability to train as hard as the professionals. Even the pro's get taken down ever now and again. Show me a man with scares and I'll show you a man that has BTDT. Last time I was held up at knife point in the Phils I used the full erectile approach and the two attackers ran away holding their hand over their butts.
