MikeB Posted July 31, 2013 Posted July 31, 2013 Reportedly that minimum time out of the country is not enforced and any entry to the Philippines is generally given the stamp, including accompanying family members. It's not enforced because former President Macapagal-Arroyo issued an Executive Order that the privilege be extended to all eligible regardless of frequency of travel.
