It doesn't matter whether you're wealthy or poor. This method is foolproof and has been used regularly for decades. It's known by the general name "Brown out" although in a lot of cases a better description would be "Black out" In such cases, if you are fortunate to be able to generate your own electricity, you'll find the cost per KWh is significantly more than here or the YUK. 1 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
