How long is a piece of string? It varies from place to place, street vendor, fish market or at the sea-side. what is a "palenke"?

And the type of tuna...

We normally pay around 400PHP/Kg bought from the guys that wander our neighbourhood with their fresh catch every morning.  Normally yellowfin.

A Market.  For us in Bisaya it's  "Tiangge OR Tiange".

Wow!  That's cheap.  It's $35 per 100 grams on average in Los Angeles or $350 per kilo.  Double or triple that price during New Year.

P300 won't get you a piece of blue fin tuna sushi in Japan.  No wonder there are Japanese, Chinese and Korean buyers bidding on the large fish markets.
