What's Wrong With Cebu Girls?

Guys having worked in the casino business since the 70's in management i have had a more than active sex life. The one thing i have noticed is if you turn a woman upside down they all look the same. In other words its not about the woman its about us, if you cant figure out your woman let them meet me maybe i can help. ha ha  Dont advance any money until you know your woman for a few years, but that does not mean helping them survive. If you want a woman you pay now or pay later , if you pay later things move slower, personally i like to get to the nitty gritty before the first date is over. 90% of a good relationship is there. It does not matter where a girl works , it could be a bar or Robisons it does not matter if you like her.

We are the fisherman they are the fish and there are plenty fish in the sea. Play the field first dont go for the first girl you meet. Often they are not always doing what they want sometimes their family is calling the shots.

Thats the one part of your post I disagree with.  In Canada it was that way all my life, but since arriving in Philippines I have discovered a total role reversal.  The good side is: As the fish I get eaten more.  :hystery:

Edit:  I decided to comment on this part of your post too:

Sure, some guys get laid more than others but lets do some math.  During my entire adult life I was single for approx 20 years.  During that 20 years I 'dated' at least once a week.  It was actually quite a bit more than that but lets take once a week as a baseline.  Over 20 years that is over 1,000 girls.  I do not believe I am unusual in this behavior but I believe few do the math.  So my point is:  Just how many girls do you have to boink to figure this stuff out?  Its not rocket science.

Dave i dont know i have not had that issue there. Every woman i met there before i met my wife, i had to either give them some money for taxi and food or a bar girl different costs.  Every girl i met i never told them i would see then again and everyone came back to see me at what ever hotel i was staying . On these visits money was never discussed , i think they knew i would help them in some way. What surprised me was bar girls risking there jobs by calling in sick to hang out . When that happened i would always run to a different city with them so they would not get in trouble. I found some of these girls very nice and had to survive and many of their families sent them off to work. Many women you meet there are struggling and if your fair and direct with them on what you expect and what you will do and wont do, lead most of the time to getting. I never do something i dont want to do when it comes to money.

For me, I always give a little when they hint that they should get compensated in some way.  A guy like me does not do well with Cebu girls.  Better?

You will just met the wrong ones, have to shop more. Just lay it on the line up front, its the best way. Always smile, look in their eyes when you talk to them. I notice too many guys being rough or smart ass to the girls showing no respect. They may take the girl home for the money , but they never get a free replay.

I think my poker skills of reading others helps me to somehow say the right thing to them, But smiling and making them laugh, dancing a little with them and making them feel that they are ok,  goes a long way for me. i get a lot of free replays , but always give them something anyway.  I love the people their and the women are the best.  Nice chatting with you

More good girls in da Provdences, because the bad girls moved to Cebu City.
:)   Well. Gold digger types move to where there are more money,

and some origin good girls copy some bad habbits when they move,

but most go on being good/bad as they were before they moved.

No...   :)

Without the benefit of experience in Cebu specifically, but given the years I have spent bumming around PH, reluctantly, I'd have to agree with Dave with regards to women that have been bought up in a major metro area.  On the flip side I agree with Tom (JGF) too: Profiling is bad, and lets call it what it is.

There are gems everywhere, the proof is in the pudding.  Nothing more than an extended time with the intended, physically in the same location will be better than an online relationship.  Don't write 'em off but don't be a "western union" (thanks Tim - great description) boyfriend either.

"Oh, I got ripped off by a <insert gender here> from <insert location here> they're all sh**".

I have a fair amount of Cebu City experience. We have to remember that most girls you will meet in Cebu City (and I have no idea of the %) are not from Cebu City. They've come there for work or school.

I still think it's true that someone living in or raised in a large city will have a different perspective than someone whose spent her whole life in the provinces, but I am not sure if that's good or bad - only different.

Since arriving in Cebu, I have on occasion been standing in front of my hotel.  Twice this young lass came up to me and asked me straight out for money.  I told her I had none - I spent it all.  She would laugh and say that i should marry her so she could look after my money for me!  The 3rd time she came around, i gave up and handed her a couple pesos.  She smiled and said that now we are going to get married so she can look after the rest of my money!  I told her to give me my pesos back...  She ran away laughing!

Did i mention this girl was a street urchin around 5 years old?

We're both off topic but maybe not the best idea to be handing out money to little girls in public - especially in front of the hotel where you're staying.

Wow! I am impressed she knew how to say all that in English and even knew about such subjects at 5 years old!

Yeah but still pretty darn funny!  :hystery:
