Sometimes a build up of toxins from 'holding in' excessive amounts of urine can cause stiffness.  Just take a pee first thing in the morning, gents, and then you will no longer feel the need for a massage :56da64b64cbd8_36_6_31:

I'm in my 40s but I still wake up stiff in the mornings.

Maybe you should take the situation in hand to sort it.

Long ago, after a hospital stay I found it difficult to get to the restroom quickly. I kept a old fashioned "thunder mug" under the edge of the bed for just that. Made things easier for a time. I think they sell the plastic version of these in some of the stores here. Give it a try.

Look at www.stadiumpal.com and see if that works for you. It's for those fans at a ball game that do not want to wait for half time to take a break. They even have one for females. I cannot vouch for it but check it out.
